SXDJ Comprehensive Motor Test System

The SXDJ Comprehensive Motor Test System is designed as a centralized testing platform for motor manufacturers. It is applicable to AC motors, DC motors and variable frequency motors with capacities of 0–10000 kW and voltage levels of 0–10 kV. The system covers essential factory inspection procedures, including interturn withstand, no-load loss and current, cold resistance, insulation resistance, power frequency withstand, load and locked-rotor testing.

For production quality control, the system brings the test power supply, control unit, sensors, signal conditioning modules and data acquisition hardware together with dedicated testing software. Operators can monitor multiple electrical signals and record temperature, vibration, torque and speed during relevant tests. Test results and waveforms can be processed, stored and printed for organized motor inspection records.
